Palihouse Monteagle

College Street Partners, a joint venture between Adapt Development and Layne Development Company, is transforming the historic Dubose campus in Monteagle, Tennessee into Palihouse Monteagle — a 133-key design-forward mountain resort. The adaptive reuse project blends a 153-year-old campus with modern hospitality, operated by Palisociety and affiliated with Design Hotels and Marriott Bonvoy.
